Breakdown is a personal graphic and resource website with content ranging from Anime to Videogames to Celebrities. It's run by Kimberly and Lindsey and hosted by Ambrosial Sky since 2008. You may save our graphics as long as you read, understand, and agree to our Terms of Use. We hope you'll leave a comment on our site or apply for link exchange and return. :)

Please read these rules before taking anything from Breakdown. If you fail to follow these rules, and we find you, there will be consequences. For all graphics you must put a link to our site somewhere VISIBLE on your homepage.

Please do not edit any content you save from Breakdown. The only exception is to put your website name on the spaces provided in layouts or put your name on an icon for blogging uses/etc. Everything here is for personal usage only. This does not go for the content under the resources header. You may obviously edit those because you'll need to when designing.

[Layouts, layout coding/images, etc]
Do not save any coding, layouts, or layout images. We made them and spent excessive amounts of time creating them. Therefore, we should get the proper credits for OUR work. If we find that you've stolen from Breakdown, keep in mind that stealing is a federal offense, and we will do our absolute best to take action.

[Do not redistribute anything]
You may not upload any graphics/files/text for other people to download. Please redirect any friends/visitors to our website instead. Do not steal or claim our work as your own!

[Everything is personal usage only]
By saving anything you've agreed to not distribute it, claim it as your own, to not make profit off of them, and you've come to an agreement with these terms. Do not use/post any of our content on any type of commercial/money making website. If not, please refrain from saving our graphics. Trust me, we can track you.

General rule of thumb; respect and be respected. We treat all our visitors with the same amount of respect they give to us. So no, we're not bitches (in that sense, anyway, haha), but I expect people to be curteous and respectful of one another while browsing Breakdown. This includes kindness to other visitors, and most importantly, the webmistresses. Any excessive foul language on our tagboard/news/contact form will be deleted. You get one chance. After that, any further behavior and we will ban you from seeing the site completely. So, please think before you comment! Remember; giving respect & receiving respect come hand in hand.

Not only is Breakdown a graphic site, but Kim also post blogs of her life in the updates from time to time. You may not edit, save, or redistribute any pictures of ourselves or our families that may be on this website. All pictures belong to us, and therefore are copyrighted to us. On a second note, please don't be angry at things that may written in blogs. It is Kim's blog, after all, and she will say whatever she likes. We deeply apologize if anything offends you, but nobody asked you to read it. If you're uncomfortable with the things written, there's a little red "X" in the top right-hand corner of your screen. We won't stop you from clicking it. =3

If we have used something of yours and have not given credit, it is because we didn't remember your website. Please contact us and explain the situation, providing solid proof that the resource is indeed your own work. Once all is said and done, we will credit you properly.
