[1.13.10] This is Kim here, and I feel the need to stick this in a pretty blockquote. It's that important.
People, if you're going to apply for affiliates/link exchange/etc...PLEASE. READ. THE. RULES. BEFOREHAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SO sick of getting emails from people who apply only for popularity and don't read the rules! So from now on, you'll get an EXTREMELY rude reply from yours truly if you fail to read the rules before applying...it's a waste of my time to even read it, really. I apologize to those of you who actually listen, but I'm just fed up. Thank you in advance.

Finally, Breakdown has a new layout and a decent sized graphic update! This hasn't happened in months, people, feel special! Breakdown's last layout was up for 4 months, and I would of gladly kept it up even longer since it took a month to code pretty much, but Kim wanted a new layout, so here it is! It features Star Ocean 4 characters Reimi (represents Kim) and Myuria (represents me). We both play SO4, so we thought it would be a good idea to feature a layout of it. Mind you, we haven't designed graphics in quite a while, let alone layouts, so this layout isn't the best one we ever created. There's actually a few errors that I can't fix no matter what, so we'll just have to live with them during this version. You wouldn't want to stare at our previous blue layout for another few months, would you?

2 link exchanges were removed due to broken links. Their websites have disappeared.
Kimberly's computer is currently having problems, she's going back and forth from having a workable computer to a dead one. So we may not hear from her for a little while, unless she finds time to write her edits in this update or update herself.
Kimberly's edits: Bwahahahaha, hallo. Yes, my computer is down...and then up again. We've somewhat solved the problem...by opening it up, beating the shit out of it, *ahem* I mean...tweaking a few things...and then it worked until I had to shut it down again. So we went through the fixing process again and it now works. I just have to keep it on 24/7, which means it is veeeeery slow. So no updates from me for a while, other than text. (I'm currently on my laptop, it's at my sister's because her computer is down. So she's been borrowing it.) Thanks for putting up with this in advance, I hope to make a quick PC-Recovery and get back to irregular regular updates soon!
